Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time
    Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.

  2. Delivery time
    South Africa: 5-10 business days
    Shipping is handled by South African Post Office (SAPO).
    All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number doesn't work
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking shows no information after several days, you can contact customer service.
