We are happy to inform you that we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or multiple items, the new you won't pay for shipping.

Currently, we offer shipping to South Africa. However, at nuwju, we are always moving forward (fashion-forward!). We are actively working to expand our shipping options to even more countries in the near future. Stay tuned!

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your nuwju package is shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items soon!

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. When you want to initiate a return, you can easily send us an email. Our team is ready to help and guide the new you through the return process.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will make sure to find an appropriate solution.

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can only make changes as long as the order has not yet been processed.
